Appliances were expected to last a long time and we intended to prove to our customers that we would back that up with parts and service, not just sales. Those were the fun days. Helping people enjoy new products they had never had and we always installed them in their home. Just like we do today.

Careful, experienced delivery men will deliver in your home at convenient times and can even move your old furniture out of the way. With every appliance you bought from Andrews you got a warranty to go with it, usually from the factory, and we would continue to repair or replace it when something went wrong. Today we still do the same thing. We want you to know going in that everything we sell is covered by a 3 year written warranty regardless of the factory warranty.* And this includes labor!
